Amendment in the share Transfer Form (SH-4)
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued the Companies (Share Capital and Debentures) Amendment Rules, 2022 modifying the SH-4 (Share Transfer Form) with a new requirement of ‘declaration in the said form pertaining to transfer where FEMA is applicable’.
