Extension of the deadline for filing of Form CSR-2
MCA has extended the deadline for filing of form CSR- 2 for the preceding financial year (2020-2021) to 30/06/2022 (as against the earlier extended deadline of 31/05/2022).
Further, MCA now requires that Form CSR-2 shall be filed separately on or before 31/03/2023, for the FY 2021-22, after filing Form AOC-4 or AOC-4 XBRL or AOC-4 NBFC (Ind AS), as the case may be and not as an addendum, which was originally stipulated by MCA vide its notification dated 11/02/2022.
