Updates of 50th GST Council Meeting

On July 11, 2023, the 50th GST council meeting was held in New Delhi, and the following recommendations were made in relation to changes in GST tax rates, measures for facilitation of trade, and measures for streamlining compliance with GST. These recommendations were later approved through various circulars and notifications. The meeting was chaired by Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman.
