We, Udyen Jain & Associates and its sister company UJA Global Advisory Private Limited (together referred as “UJA”, “we”, “our”, “us”), are committed to protect the privacy of the user of the website (the “User”). This privacy policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 and explains how User’s personal information is collected, used, and processed when the User accesses and uses www.uja.in.

Objective

Our website is not intended for use of individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 18. If, for any reason whatsoever, the users under the age of 18 years wish to use the website, the same shall be resulted with prior parental permission and with the guidance of their parents or legal guardians.

The Policy is subject to periodic amendments and updates, and the User is advised to refer to it regularly. We reserve the right to change the Policy at any time, and it is recommended that the User checks the Policy regularly. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Policy on our website. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute, controversy, proceedings, or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to this Policy, the courts of Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
