4 | Additional information | MCA had recently notified the procedure for Verification of Registered Office of the Company, where the Registrar has reasonable cause to believe that the company is not carrying on any business or operations. In this connection, MCA has now amended the formats of the following notices, to include that ‘the Company(ies) has/have not been carrying on any business or operations, as revealed after the physical verification’ as a reason for removal of the name(s) from the Register of Companies: 1. STK-1 (Notice by Registrar for removal of a name of the Company from the register of companies) 2. STK-5/5A (Public Notice notifying the names of the companies that are removed) |
